“I arranged for Tony to visit my place for plans to be drawn up to remove a rear supporting wall to allow the back of the house to be turned into a kitchen diner. Tony was very professional and certainly knew his stuff. The plans were drawn up swiftly and promptly submitted to the local council for agreement and were passed without question.
